In-Unit Maintenance Service Program
The Association and Management offer a low-cost alternative to hiring outside contractors for many minor, routine repairs – the In-Unit Maintenance Service Program. Any unit owner is eligible to participate in this program. There is a one-time enrollment fee of $30.
A range of maintenance services is available.
- carpentry work – minor drywall repair and painting; window pane replacement; fixing shelves, towel racks, shower rods;
- electric switches and outlets;
- plumbing services, including clogged drains; replacing washers, showerheads, faucets; basic toilet repair; replacement of valves; caulking.
