Generally residents are responsible for routine control of pests in their units (e.g., bedbugs, insects, small rodents, etc.)    

• If you need extermination services for roaches, ants, mice, or rats, you can call the McLean Gardens Management Office and schedule your appointment today! The management team will make sure your issue is dealt with; the Association offers these services to residents for no charge. However, the Association’s contract does not include treatment for moths, bedbugs, or other unwelcomed critters not listed above. If residents need extermination services for anything other than what the contract includes – or even if they just need an inspection – that can be arranged through the management office, but the resident will be billed for the service. Alternately, residents may hire a service of their choice without contacting the office.
