Payments to the Association

Monthly Condominium Fee and Parking Rental
Owners can arrange for their condo fee to be automatically deducted from a bank account every month, eliminating the time and cost involved in paying by check. For more information, call the office at (202) 966-9780.

To pay condominium fees and parking rental fees by check, owners must use the coupons provided by Gates Hudson and mail their checks to Gates Hudson.

Other Payments
Payments for In-Unit Maintenance charges, of pool passes, and the like should be made by check, payable to the McLean Gardens Condominium Association. The office does not accept credit cards nor cash; it will accept checks or money orders for payments. For these other kinds of payments, you can take your check to the office during business hours; or leave it after hours in an envelope in the mail slot of the office front door; or send it US mail to McLean Gardens Condominium Office, 3811 Porter St., NW, Washington, DC 20016.
