Moving In and Out

Moving in and moving out are prohibited on Sundays.  Moving vans must park legally on the street.

Before moving in, new residents must go to the Condominium Office, and:

  • If you purchased your unit, provide a copy of the HUD-1 Form. If you leased the unit, provide a copy of your lease and a signed lease addendum.
  • Pay the one-time move-in fee of $500 (whether an owner or renter).
  • Provide an emergency key and courtesy to the Condominium Office.

Soon after moving in (within 30 days), new residents must file a Pet Registration Form if bringing a pet into the unit.

New residents should also make sure that at least 80% of their floors are covered with adequate carpets and pads, according to Policy Resolution No. 6.B.

Before moving out, residents are expected to:

  • Advise their neighbors of their departure so that they know movers will be working in stairwells and entryways.
  • Dispose of any trash properly.
  • Curbside bulk trash service will be provided on Friday only. If you have bulk items, including mattresses, on days other than Friday please place them in the bulk trash areas located in Langley  and in Parking Lot A. If bulk items are not hauled away, unit owners will be charged by Management for this service.
