On-Site Management

The McLean Gardens Condominium Association's on-site Community Manager and staff are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the property.  Our Community Manager is the leader of the Association’s management team.  The rest of the team has a Deputy Community Manager, a Finance Manager, a Chief Engineer, an Office Coordinator, an Operations Assistant, and a Maintenance Staff of seven.

The Management Office, located in the Community Center at 3811 Porter St. NW, is open weekdays between 8:30 am and 5 pm.  Telephone (202) 966-9780.  There is an after hours emergency call service.

The management of McLean Gardens provides many services for residents, including building and grounds maintenance and administrative and financial services.

Of particular value to residents are the Association’s annual free In-Unit Inspection Program and In-Unit Maintenance Program.
