McLean Gardens Parking Lots

McLean Gardens residents usually park either on the street or in an on-site space that they own, lease, or rent in one of our parking lots.

On Street Parking

For more than two hours, vehicles require a Zone 3 parking sticker issued by the DC Government, Department of Motor Vehicles. Stickers are issued only to vehicles with a DC license plate. Parking space during the day is almost always easy. However, parking after 6:00 p.m. is often a problem.

Visitor's Passes for guests of residents are available from our near-by 2nd District Police Headquarters.
